Payment Terms

ALL PAYMENTS are required up front. We accept all major credit cards. We also offer checkout through the merchant PayPal. Your credit card/debit card will be charged as soon as you place an order. 

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are flagged Medium or High Risk if the consumer fails to produce documentation required by the verification department. 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Colandrea euphoria Hair requires a signature upon of ALL shipments. Please ensure whom the package is addressed to, is the person available for delivery. No signatures can be waived on a package.

Your package will be held at your local post office for pick-up if you are unable to sign for delivery. If a shipment is returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional cost related to reshipment. 

Processing and Shipping Time

Processing time for all orders is 8-15 business days. Wig processing time is 8-15 business days. Shipping time is 2-3 business days. During a sale, expect processing time increase. Once package has been shipped, Colandrea Euphoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the delivery carrier to file a report. In the event the package is returned due to improper/incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. We want to be sure we are taking precautions in the event something does happen to your package, it will be insured and can be replaced. This is why we now require both Signature confirmation and insurance on your package. This is reflected in the new $15 shipping price. Also note, weather, holidays, weekends, natural disasters, etc. may effect shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Currently we source the hair as orders come in. As we build and inventory grows, shipping time will lower in the near future.
