Returns/ Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE PROHIBITED. Only store credit will be offered on a case by case basis. Item must be returned in its original shipping state. If hair has been removed from bundle, washed or warn, no store credit will be extended. You must contact us first before opening a dispute or any chargebacks to be eligible for store credit.
Payment Terms
ALL PAYMENTS are required up front. We accept all major credit cards. We also offer checkout through the merchant PayPal. Your credit card/debit card will be charged as soon as you place an order.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are flagged Medium or High Risk if the consumer fails to produce documentation required by the verification department.
